隱私權政策

本機優先

你輸入的靈感文字、欄位、圖片、網址、收藏及開工紀錄，主要保存在裝置內。本 App 不要求額外的 App 帳號，不設公開社群，不含廣告、分析或追蹤 SDK；我們不經營用來接收這些創作內容的伺服器。

自行開啟的 iCloud 同步

iOS 版本的同步預設關閉。你主動開啟後，App 會透過 Apple CloudKit，將靈感內容、附件圖片、修改時間與刪除紀錄傳送至你自己的 iCloud 私人資料庫，並在同一帳號的裝置之間合併。同步需要 Apple 帳號、可用網路及 iCloud 空間。

私人資料不會發布至公共資料庫；開發者無法透過本 App 的伺服器存取你的私人 iCloud 內容。Apple 提供及管理 iCloud 服務，其處理方式依 Apple 隱私權政策。你可以在 App 設定關閉同步；關閉不會自動刪除已存在的私人 iCloud 副本。

照片與分享

App 只匯入你在系統照片選擇器中主動選取的圖片。儲存分享卡到照片時，由系統處理相應權限。純文字、Markdown、JSON 或圖片的分享，需要你主動選擇目的地；接收 App 或服務的處理方式依其隱私政策。

JSON 匯出包含文字與欄位，以及圖片檔名等索引，不包含原始圖片檔。本版不提供 JSON 還原。

控制與刪除

你可以在 App 內編輯、封存或刪除自己的碎片。本機啟動快照可能保留近期資料狀態，最多保留最近七份。若開啟 iCloud 同步，刪除保護紀錄會用於避免其他裝置重新帶回已刪除的碎片。

移除 App 可能移除本機資料；移除 App 不等於刪除 iCloud 私人副本。請在移除前先匯出需要保留的文字及另行保存圖片。

App Store 與 itch.io 分別處理其商店的購買與付款。我們不在 App 中接收付款卡號。若你主動以電子郵件聯絡支援，我們會收到你寄來的郵件及聯絡資料，僅用於回覆相關問題。

Unbuilt Yard stores your ideas, selected images, links, preferences and work records primarily on your device. It has no extra app account, public community, ads, analytics or tracking SDKs, and the developer operates no server for collecting your creative content.

Optional iOS iCloud sync is off by default. When enabled, Apple CloudKit transfers idea data, image attachments, modification dates and deletion records to your private iCloud database for merging across your devices. The developer does not receive this private content through a developer server. Apple manages iCloud under its own privacy policy. Disabling sync does not erase existing cloud copies.

You choose which images to import and where to share exports. JSON exports include text and fields with attachment references, but do not include original image files or offer JSON restore. Removing the app may delete local data and does not automatically delete iCloud data. Local startup snapshots may retain up to seven recent states.
